Sanima Hydro and Engineering (P.) Ltd.
Sanima Pvt. Ltd. has got a direct involvement in Sanima Hydro and Engineering (P.) Ltd. as a major share holder. As a part of SHPL’s continued involvement in hydropower sector as well as for the purpose of sharing the experiences for the better and cost effective solutions to hydropower projects among the private sector developers, in May 2005, SHPL established a separate entity “Sanima Hydro and Engineering (P) Ltd. (SHE) to conduct the feasibility study of hydropower projects including detailed engineering design, project management and construction supervision of the projects. SHE is the elaboration of the Engineering Department of SHPL for conducting the studies to private sector developers as well as its own projects.
