Sanima Hydropower (P) Ltd. (SHPL) occupies a fully equipped modern office facility in Narayanchaur, Kathmandu with easy access and sufficient parking space. We have adequate support staffs and office equipments for in-house production of all reports, documents and engineering drawings.

1999, A Year to Remember                             

The Company was registered in March 1999 under the Company Act 2053 of the government of Nepal (Company Reg. No. 10165/055/56). The majorshareholders of SHPL are a group of the Non-Resident Nepalese (NRNs) represented mainly by engineering professionals.

Our Objectives                             

The main objective of SHPL is to promote hydropower in Nepal through private investment in line with the government of Nepal's Hydropower policy. We believe that access to affordable, clean and renewable source of energy through hydropower will accelerate economic development of the nation and provide better quality of life for its citizens.
